Embark on your yoga journey with experienced trainers from around the world. This training format offers a unique experience to connect online & in-person. Create a foundation from the comfort of your home, then immersing in a 3-week training course in Newport Beach, CA. Our mentorship program supports integrating the knowledge you learn over the 3-month course. With the completion of this training you will receive comprehensive understanding of yoga to become certified internationally at the 200hr level through Yoga Alliance. Allowing you to continue your transformation of diving deep into your yoga practice and self-discovery.

A 200hr Yoga Training is for those open to exploring their practice on a deeper level. This course is designed not only for those wanting to start the path towards teaching yoga, but also those who are simply looking to enrich their understanding of what is yoga.
All levels of experience are welcome, all ages, all body types, all genders. The important thing is a willingness to learn and a dedication to the practice.
Course Training
Tri Shine teacher trainings guide each individual to deepen their yoga practice, integrating the philosophy of yoga with yourself and the world around you. They are designed to help you discover and reach your highest potential.
The training is focused on Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative and Yin styles of sequencing but draws much of its teachings from Krishnamacharya lineage. Discover how “modern yoga” has evolved from the ancient wisdom of Ashtanga (Vinyasas and Suryas), to Viniyoga (customizing to the individual) and Iyengar (using props). Guided by uniquely experienced and qualified teachers that will lead you through this epic yoga journey.
We understand that 3 months is a just the beginning of a lifelong yoga journey, and will set a solid foundation for you to build upon, with a community that you can always connect with.
Space is limited as we are accepting a maximum of 15 students to ensure personalized attention and create the most effective learning environment.

Claire Perry - Lead Trainer
Claire Perry is a 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainer through YogaWorks and the founder of Tri Shine Wellness Studio in Australia. With a passion for both teaching and mentoring, Claire has supported students and future yoga teachers from around the world to deepen their practice and step confidently into leadership.
Her teaching weaves together thoughtful sequencing, breath-led movement, mantra, and music—creating an immersive experience that encourages presence, self-inquiry, and meaningful connection. Claire believes yoga extends far beyond physical asana, offering a powerful pathway for personal growth, self-awareness, and compassionate living.
As a lead trainer, Claire is known for creating a supportive, inspiring learning environment where students feel seen, encouraged, and empowered.
