At Tri Shine Wellness Studio we support mamas through every stage of pregnancy. We specialize in nurturing care in a safe, supportive environment designed just for you. Whether your brand new or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, our small group classes welcome all levels to feel confident and cared for.

 

Pre/Postnatal Reformer

Reformer ALIGN -

Prenatal Pilates Reformer classes designed for our Mums-to-be. Creating a supportive environment for the body and mind through all parts of the pregnancy journey.

Reformer MUMS & BUBS -

Postnatal Mums after 6 week doctor check-up can bring their bubs up to 10 months old in a pram, or a mat to sleep/play on the floor. Bottles and/or breastfeeding welcome!

Prenatal Friendly Yoga

Our yoga classes at Tri Shine are a safe space to move, breathe, and connect. Come a few minutes early to let your teacher know which stage of pregnancy you’re in, so they can offer the modifications to support your journey.

Helpful tips to remember when pregnant:

  • Use bolsters to support the body

  • Swap Vinyasas for gentle cat/cow

  • Avoid lying on the belly, deep twists or big backbends

  • Listen to your body and find what feels good for you

Best classes for Mums during pregnancy are gentle and alignment focused. We recommend Restorative, Slow Flow & Hatha.

Private Sessions

From beginner to advanced receive customized programming tailored for each part of your pregnancy journey. Gain understanding and support throughout each trimester, and postnatal recovery.
