Prenatal Pilates Reformer classes designed for our Mums-to-be. Postnatal after 6 week doctor check-up. Creating a supportive environment for the body and mind through all parts of the pregnancy.
Mums can bring their bubs up to 10 months old in a pram, or a mat to sleep/play on the floor. Bottles and/or breastfeeding welcome!
