A slower-paced, class focused on alignment and technique. Springs and exercises are tailored to your strength and goals, with modifications and progressions for all levels.

Get sweaty with this fun, full-body high-intensity workout using weights and props to boost strength and burn calories.
Recommended for those with 1+ year Reformer experience due to coordination and plank holds.
What to bring
- Pilates grip socks (required) — bring yours or buy at studio
- Comfy clothes to move in
- Water bottle to stay refreshed
- Towel if you like
