A slower-paced Vinyasa practice focusing on gentle, grounding flows, mindful holds, and steady balancing postures. After 60 minutes of yoga, enjoy a deeply restorative Savasana enhanced with Reiki healing to release tension and restore balance.

Slow Flow + MFR
Slow Flow is a slower paced Vinyasa practice. Grounding towards low flows, gentle holds, and steady balancing postures. MFR with therapy balls massages the muscles and fascia tissues. Feels like a deep tissue massage. Functional body mechanics to increase range of motion, decrease pain and discomfort. Great for all levels of yoga and fitness experience. Therapy balls will be provided.
Yin & Release
A quiet, meditative practice with long floor-based holds to gently stretch connective tissues, improve joint mobility, and release deep tension. Restores energy and rebalances the body.

A deeply nurturing practice using props to fully support the body in gentle, extended poses. Invites softness, calm, and spaciousness—offering a sweet pause from daily life.

A dynamic, full-body workout done on the mat using your own body weight and small props. This class focuses on core strength, posture, flexibility, and mindful movement—helping you build stability and ease both on and off the mat.
