Claire Perry
Claire Perry is a 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainer through YogaWorks and Founder of Tri Shine Wellness Studio. She blends her love for music and meaningfulness in her classes, offering an experience to connect mantra, and move to the melody of the breath. Her classes create opportunities for each student to deepen and soften. Embracing yoga for more than just the physical asana practice, but also the mindful journey to understand oneself, and with compassion to others.
Felicia Robey
Felicia is a thoughtful and experienced teacher with over 20 years on the yoga mat. As an Ayurveda Practitioner, she takes care of the individual, offering practices that tune into the seasons and environmental affects. With a blend of pranayama, dynamic movement, and restorative practices to guide others toward authentic and rhythmic balance. A true advocate for mindful living, she creates spaces where students can move, breathe, and be their best selves.
