A 200hr Yoga Training is for those open to exploring their practice on a deeper level. This course is designed not only for those wanting to start the path towards teaching yoga, but also those who are simply looking to enrich their understanding of what is yoga.
All levels of experience are welcome, all ages, all body types, all genders. The important thing is a willingness to learn and a dedication to the practice.
Course Training
Tri Shine teacher trainings guide each individual to deepen their yoga practice, integrating the philosophy of yoga with yourself and the world around you. They are designed to help you discover and reach your highest potential.
This retreat and weekend training format offers a unique experience to ground into your practice in the Blue Mountains, immersing in a 4-day retreat, then integrating the knowledge you learn over the course of 4-months. With the completion of this training you will receive comprehensive understanding of yoga to become certified internationally at the 200hr level through Yoga Alliance.
The training is focused on Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative and Yin styles of sequencing but draws much of its teachings from Krishnamacharya lineage. Discover how “modern yoga” has evolved from the ancient wisdom of Ashtanga (Vinyasas and Suryas), to Viniyoga (customizing to the individual) and Iyengar (using props). Guided by three uniquely experienced and qualified teachers you will lead through this yoga journey.
We understand that 4 months is a just the beginning of a lifelong yoga journey, and will set a solid foundation for you to build upon, with a community that you can always connect with.
Space is limited as we are accepting a maximum of 12 students to ensure personalized attention and create the most effective learning environment.

Claire Perry - Lead Trainer
Claire Perry is a 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainer through YogaWorks and Founder of Tri Shine Wellness Studio. She shares her joy with beginners - to fall in love with the practice, and mentoring future teachers around the world - to inspire others.
She blends her love for music and meaningfulness in her classes, offering an experience to connect mantra, and move to the melody of the breath. Her classes create opportunities for each student to deepen and soften. Embracing yoga for more than just the physical asana practice, but also the mindful journey to understand oneself, and with compassion to others.
This will be Claire’s 10th Yoga 200hr Training she’s taught. Over the years noticing how important the time together at the beginning on a retreat creates deeper connections, a focused attention to the practice, with time away from the regular routine of daily life. Coming back to revitalized and inspired, to continue integrating the transformational process.

Felicia Robey
Felicia is a thoughtful and experienced teacher with over 20 years on the yoga mat. As an Ayurveda Practitioner, she takes care of the individual, offering practices that tune into the seasons and environmental affects. With a blend of pranayama, dynamic movement, and restorative practices to guide others toward authentic and rhythmic balance. A true advocate for mindful living, she creates spaces where students can move, breathe, and be their best selves.

Linde is an advanced Asana Instructor who loves helping students conquer challenging arm balances, inversions, and backbends. She also believes in the magic of balancing intensity with deep Yin and Sound Journeys, guiding you to flow between strength and serenity on and off the mat.
