A 200hr yoga training is for those open to exploring their practice on a deeper level. This course is designed not only for those wanting to start the path towards teaching yoga, but also those who are simply looking to enrich their understanding of what is yoga.
All levels of experience are welcome, all ages, all body types, all genders. The important thing is a willingness to learn and a dedication to the practice.
Course Training
Tri Shine teacher trainings guide each individual to deepen their yoga practice, integrating the philosophy of yoga with yourself and the world around you. They are designed to help you discover and reach your highest potential. This retreat and weekend training format offers a unique experience to explore yoga in Bali, immersing in culture and community. With the completion of this course you will receive comprehensive understanding of yoga to become certified internationally at the 200hr level through Yoga Alliance.
So what is yoga? And what does it really mean to say you practice yoga? In three months we will take an introspective look into those questions by exploring all the different layers of the practice.
This course is designed for interested practitioners who are ready to teach as well as those who are simply looking to enrich and grow their personal practice.
We aim to help you understand what your path is within yoga. What feels most honest, authentic and true to your individual nature. No two people will have the same journey and our aim is to create an environment that helps you find your individual voice.
The training is focused on Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin styles of sequencing but draws much of its teachings from traditional Ashtanga, Hatha and Iyengar lineages. Qualified and experienced teachers will lead you through this yoga journey.
We understand that 2 months is a just the beginning of a lifelong yoga journey, and will set a solid foundation for you to build upon, with a community that you can always connect with.
Space is limited as we are accepting a maximum of 12 students to ensure personalized attention and create the most effective learning environment.

Meet your trainer
Claire Perry is a 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainer through YogaWorks and Founder of Tri Shine Wellness Studio. Her greatest joy is mentoring future teachers around the world, finding it the most valuable experience to lead others to excel in their craft.
From California, to New York, Vegas and now Sydney, Claire has shared her love of yoga. Her passion started from teaching at Music Festivals, exploring yoga on retreats, and cultivating community in yoga studios.
She blends her love for music in her classes, offering an experience to connect the melody of the breath to the body in the moment. Her classes create opportunities for each student to deepen and soften. Embracing yoga for more than just the physical asana practice, but also the mindful journey to understand oneself, and with compassion to others.
Her quest is to guide others divine light to SHINE; honouring all aspects that are unique to the individual whilst making deeper connections.
