Meet Your Host

Krissy Preedy

Krissy came to yoga over 15 years ago and completed her training in 2023. She has since developed a love of how the body works, functional movement and anatomy by attending numerous speciality training to deepen her knowledge in order to share with others. Bringing these elements into her teaching, Krissy is passionate about the use of props for myofascial release to complement the practice and help people learn more about their own bodies.
